ELGIN is one of Scotland’s oldest established towns with a magnificent cathedral ( in ruins), Spynie Palace and Birnie Church dating back to the 12th century and still in use for worship, Elgin Museum and the Cashmere Visitor Centre, plus many other places to visit. Lots of interesting and delightful whisky trails for the connoisseur. A few miles for the walkers and many picturesque villages to explore round and about.
