Traveling from England to continental Europe has become both quick and comfortable since the completion of the channel tunnel or Chunnel in 1994. The Channel tunnel connects London to both Paris and Brussels. About 12 trains per day depart from each location. From London to Paris takes around two hours, with prices starting at £85, and London to Brussels takes three hours with prices starting at £79. Reservations for the channel tunnel are required, so be sure to bring your passport.
