Geffrye Museum

The museum exhibits period room displays from 1600 to the present day. there is also a small garden which is open during the summer months. The museum is named after the 16th century Mayor, Robert Geffrye, who built the almhouses in which the museum is situated. The museum is laid out so that you walk through room interiors spanning 1600 to the present day. There is also music to reflec the period in question.
