PETERHEAD is Europe’s busiest fishing port with over 400 boats and a very busy daily fish market. There is also a Marina which houses around 100 boats of different shapes and sizes. The Maritime Heritage Centre depicts the story of the local sailors and the whaling history. Bird watching, sea and river angling, golf to name but a few activities.
