Oundle in Northamptonshire

Twelve miles from Kettering lies the village of Oundle. The parish church flaunts a two hundred foot decorated spire. Another breathtaking feature of this historic town is its pale limestone Stuart and Georgian houses which add to the medieval street layout. For four hundred years, Oundle remains unchanged and untarnished by modern industry.

The lush trees, cobble-stoned streets and ancient buildings make a perfect site for the Oundle School, one of England’s most prestigious private schools. The educational establishment’s history reaches back nearly 440 years since 1556. Owning many important town buildings, the Oundle School is central to the village of Oundle.
