Apollo Shaftesbury

Designed in by W G R Sprague (as was its twin The Strand on the opposite corner) the present theatre opened in 1901 and between 1908 and 1912 was the home of The Follies. Redecorated in 1965 the theatre continues its reputation for staging light comedy and farce.
