Kemble in Gloucestershire

Kemble is a quaint Cotswolds village located approximately 5 miles from the old Roman city of Cirencester. It is ideally situated to visit places like Gloucester, Cheltenham, Swindon and of course the rest of the Cotswolds. Although fairly small Kemble has, apart from the usual village post office, pub, church and school, a working railway station linking the village with London and an-ex military airfield providing support services to the aircraft industry. Kemble is also within easy reach of the source of the River Thames. It lies in an extremely pretty part of the country which has some of the best B& Bs for miles around.
