Ilfracombe in Devon

The relaxed seaside town of Ilfracombe is situated snugly amongst the cliffs of the magnificent Atlantic coast. Its colourful flower displays accent the streets and seafronts of this historic maritime settlement. Many shops, cafes, and pubs fill the streets. Ilfracombe is also known for it’s elegant Victorian architecture. Walkers and nature lovers are well accommodated by some of the finest walks in England along the coastal causeway.

A unique day at the beach would entail visiting Tunnels Beaches that have secluded beaches and pools accessed through tunnels quarried beneath cliffs. The rocky pools and sandy inlets are also a sight to be seen. The charming town of Ilfracombe has so much to offer to anyone who pays a visit.
